"The hot water did not work in the shower… I was told to let the water run… still no hot water… next morning I wanted to take a shower.. no hot water.. I washed up in the sink… twice.. before going out… and before check out… "

"My check in was very nice when I got to the room. There was a stain on the floor. The cleaning staff were very helpful when I ordered food they said they would bring it to the room, but I had to go pick it up and it just seemed like the staff had other things that they were doing other than taking care of the patrons of the hotel"

"Staff is absolutely amazing. The rooms are dark and dank and depressing to say the least. They need an upgrade asap. The carpets are old and need to be pulled up . If they would get rid of the carpet and upgrade .. it would be a decent stay. It literally rained in my room .. the staff was very concerned and caring but the building need to be leveled and rebuilt."

"Hotel is clean and in good shape. The staff is really nice and helpful. It is in a good area. My only complaint would be the elevators needing updated, the floor is coming apart pretty bad."

"Not well maintained. Checking in at 9 PM had to be done through security glass - lobby was locked. Staff was not attentive at all. Continued conversations ignoring me and another customer who was waiting before me. I interrupted them twice as we waited close to 10-minutes for them to finish a conversation with each other about work drama (we could hear them). The gras around the entire building was very overgrown. I was given a room facing the highway (very noisy) with bright lights shining into the room even with the curtain closed. (Probably because I tapped on the glass twice to get their attention to check-in. The room was fairly clean. Cobwebs all around the window but otherwise clean. The mattress was the firmest I've ever had at any hotel!"
