"The hotel it’s fairly new, 2 years, per a staff member, which explains why a lot of taxis/pulmonías had a hard time knowing where it was, but once we have the reference that it’s next door of a hospital of the city they would know, but not by name. The staff was very helpful starting by my first day we arrived 1 hour early and they let us in our room. The room was clean but the sheets had some stains, and I could see some sand, not very much, but I seen it, and I understand because sand it’s very hard to get rid of. The breakfast was delicious, and the service at the dinning area was great 10/10. Our second night we had some Provo with the AC but when we caked the front desk a maintenance man was in the room within 5 minutes and fixed it fast, the next morning we overheard some guest said that it was a power outage, but life happens so I don’t blame them. Now the last night I seen a small roach, that I hope wasn’t there our entire stay, and that it just came to visit tht night and died when I killed it. Other than that everything was great and worth the money."
