Fantastic and renovated estate in SineuBetween Sineu and Ariany, a few minutes from the town centre.Capacity for 4 people.Completely renovated, all rooms are on a single floor,Enjoy your stay in this luminous and tastefully furnished property. You will have at your disposal a spacious living-dining room with an open and fully equipped kitchen. There is satellite television and you will not have to do without Internet/WLan.In the winter months, the property can be heated with a pellet stove (pellets are not included in the price).There are two bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite.Cosy outdoor area with a large porch and dining area, the garden is surrounded by fields. There are sun loungers by the 4x8 metre swimming pool. There is also a barbecue area to enjoy delicious meals and pleasant evenings in the company of family or friends.IMPORTANT:- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)- A refundable deposit will be charged.- Parties are not allowed.- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.Discover the authenticity of Sineu, a charming village in Mallorca that combines history and Mediterranean charm. Schöne Finca, perfekt für viel Ruhe und um die Insel mit einem Auto zu erkunden

Der Besitzer hat uns persönlich begrüßt, es gab eine Melone und spanischen Wein, sehr herzlich. Die Finca hat einen tollen Pool, perfekt um sich zu erholen. Für 4 Leute hat die Finca eine gute Größe. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird Die Finca hätte sauberer sein können
