This charming finca house for up to 4 guests with private pool and nature views promises to be a second home on the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Outside, our guests are greeted by the private pool that blends harmoniously with the views of the surrounding countryside and green hills. The setting is completed by a lush artificial lawn, perfect for lounging in the hammocks while enjoying the warm Mediterranean sun. The spacious terrace, adorned with a majestic century-old olive tree, invites guests to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The natural stone facade of the house adds a touch of authenticity and character to the property.

Inside, the house dazzles with rooms flooded with natural light that create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Upon entering, you will find a rustic kitchen equipped with all the necessary items to prepare delicious meals, including an Italian coffee maker, refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven and cooking utensils. The dining area, with its stone walls, provides a charming space for sharing unforgettable culinary moments. Continuing on, a cozy living room awaits guests with a warm wood-burning oven, satellite TV and comfortable seating, including a two-seater sofa and two comfortable armchairs.

The house has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and direct access to the terrace, equipped with a chest of drawers for clothes storage. The second bedroom features a double bed, access to the terrace and a practical built-in closet. The full bathroom offers a bathtub and a hairdryer, while the presence of a washing machine and an ironing board adds convenience to the stay. For those traveling with small children, the house has a crib and highchair available upon request. In addition, sufficient parking space for two cars is provided outside the property. A car is necessary and we recommend a vehicle with high ground clearance or an SUV.

To consider:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.

The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.

Séjour à Son Teil

Maison très agréable, vue exceptionnelle. On a adoré !Toutefois, un petit bémol: une voie ferré passe très près du jardin mais la nuisance sonore n'est pas importante et il y a peu de trains qui circulent. De plus l'accès à la maison est particulièrement délicat par temps de pluie: il faudrait impérativement améliorer la voie d'accès. Un parasol devant la maison et un sur la terre derrière en complément de celui au bord de la piscine seraient les bienvenus. P
