This air side hotel is very convenient place to stay for a short layover. It’s been a couple of years since my last stay and it was good to see the upgrade of hotel. You also have access to the Ambassador Lounge for meals. We had breakfast and there was a wide selection which we enjoyed.

The hotel itself is clean,very friendly n helpful staff.i arrived at i:30 am tried to see if I can find something to eat. There were very little things left to eat .This hotel is a very convenient hotel for people on transit and it is within walking distance and a place to sleep .

The Ambassador Transit Hotel was perfect for our 19-hour layover at Changi Airport. The clean, comfortable room and excellent amenities made it easy to rest, shower, and recharge between exploring the airport. The friendly, welcoming staff made the experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone with a long layover!

A convenient stopover - we had a 9 hour layover in Singapore between Sydney and London and it was a game-changer to be able to get a shower, change into some clean clothes and have a nap. Air con and shower gel provided and within the terminal building itself (there is an Ambassador transit hotel in both terminals 2 and 3) but easy to get between both, They also provided a wake-up call.

The room was well appointed and conveniently located with easy access from all terminals. The meal options were good to have along with the room. The bed was extremely hard and this meant sleeping was difficult for our sensitive backs and hips.

The room was clean, ac worked perfectly, bed was comfortable. The room had all the toiletries needed, even lotion! The staff was friendly and kind. Meal was bascially all you can eat for 45 mins. There were so many vegetarian options which got me excited since I'm vegetarian. Will definitely be staying here again for a long layover in Singapore.
