Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Issues with the room were resolved promptly. Great transport links and a 5 minute walk to the food hawker centre plus convenient stores literally next to the hotel. Very clean small room with drinks and kettle. If you can live out of your suitcase, then it's very reasonably priced.

Great experience staying in fragrance Rose hotel. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to shopping area and local restaurants.The hotel provided housekeeping service every day is very good. トイレとシャワーの部屋が狭いのは仕方ないとして、シャワーが固定されているため、何かと不便。さらに温度が熱くならずぬるい。 簡易でも冷蔵庫が欲しい。地下鉄など鉄道は近くにないが、バスが便利。近くに綺麗なショッピングモールもあり、食事には困らない。

I wasn't expecting a luxurious stay when I booked this hotel and it was just as advertised. There is plenty to do in the area. There is a hawker centre nearby and many other food and beverage options. Public transport is good in this neighbourhood and many other amenities are a short walk away if desired. The hotel itself was basic but the bed was comfortable and the shower decent. That's all I asked and that's all I got!

The service ist just great. We could borrow an umbrella, they gave us a second duvet and they helped us with finding a bus to Kuala Lumpur. The cleaning staff was great too. We had major jetleg and even though we left the room after 14pm the room still got cleaned up. It was a little noisy at night because of the other guests and the metro is a little bit to far away. But its a great bidget friendly hotel.

Room sizes were quite small for 2 adults and 1 child for a superior double bed. It was a box room with toilet / bathroom . No space to stand if luggage is kept in the room. Shower with toilet was so small that it hardly had any space to stand near the shower. We had to upgrade it to a family room which was far better.. Obviously we had to shell out $sgd 250 extra. This prob was more to do with the way expedia advertised and when complained i was offered a $sgd 25 voucher which i refused. Having said that the staff were helpful in finding a bigger accommodation. Room qas regularly cleaned with fresh bottles of water. Location was convenient as well.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable except for a water drainage problem that caused loud noise throughout the night. However, after informing the reception, they kindly upgraded us to a better room to resolve the unpleasant issue. Great location, very safe, and friendly people!
