Bad experience.

We booked this hotel for 5 days but we stayed for only 2 days because the air conditioning ran so loud, the curtain looked dirty, the light in the room is not bright. We decided to move to a better hotel.

Dirty

Room was visibly dirty, shower had small flies, we had to request for a different pillow because all the pillows were super smelly like it wasnt washed for months. Though they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage even when we checked out but the bad part was it got locked inside their stock room, door knob got broken. They dont have service or maintainance personnel for it so my husband had to help in breaking the door knob so we can catch our bus to KL in less that an hour. Good thing we were able to catch our bus. Never goinng back again.

窓がなく、ドアを開けた瞬間、カビ臭く、エアコンが工場にいるかのごとくうるさ過ぎて眠れず… タオルは洗わずにそのまま置かれているのか大便をした人がお尻を拭いたような跡があったままでした。 タダでも二度と泊まりたくありません！

Not a recommended room

The aircon is centralised. There is a weird strong smell when we just arrived. And everyday when we came back from our outing the smell came back. The bathroom door can’t be close tight. So you can watch tv while taking dump. There is no daily housekeeping. No water bottle every day. No refill of shampoo and shower gel. Maybe upon request.

Good location but dirty room

The room is not that clean, Linen looks quite dirty and old. The bathroom also not very clean. Some edges of the glass went mouldy. There were ants problem in the room. The wash basin is outside the bathroom but near the bed which make the floor wet very easily. Cons: the location is very nice and close to mrt station.

Отель очень удобно расположен. Рядом метро, ТЦ Сантик Сити. Номер небольшой, но чистый. В номере чайник, тапочки, кофе, шампунь, мыло, зубная шетка, зубная паста, расческа.на стенке телевизор. Очень приветливый персонал,всегда готовый помочь. Без проблем выдали нам адаптер для розетки,обьяснили где приобрести экскурсии. По Сингапурским меркам цена соответствует качеству. Мы остались довольны выбором отеля.

Uhh... leaking AC. Unsanitary restrooms... toilet is in shower! And it is drenched after! No toiletries and cheap disintergrating toilet paper... can go on and on... lesson learned! Never going back!

good location and decent room for the price. You don't have control on the AC without asking to the reception which is a bit annoying as it can be noisy but nothing dramatic.

We were expecting basic but the room was disappointing, luckily we weren't in it much. Location was good. Wouldn't take much to make the room a nicer place to be and better value- get rid of the wallpaper on the shower screen, it's just an unhealthy mould trap and needs a good scrub. A repaint with some good quality paint and a colour on one wall would cheer it up, especially as there was no window. Better furniture and some extra hooks to hang things would be great. TV only has 1 usable channel. I resented having to sign a document stating what things would cost if broken when our sheet had a hole in and the bath mat was a ripped bit of old towel. We also had small bugs on our cases when we left. Didn't bother with the housekeeping service as it wasn't that clean to start with. More like a private hostel than hotel (have stayed in nicer hostels!) Just needs some love and care. No safe in the room which would have been appreciated.

Sarah really makes us feel welcomed and attentive to our requests. The room really encourages us to go out - comfy after a long day who just want to lie down and sleep. Location is also good. There’s a 24hour halal eatery about 1 min walk away.
