The house is on a beautiful property and was a short drive to both Shenandoah and Elkton and maybe about 15 minutes from the nearest park entrance. The place is pretty small but was perfect for my boyfriend and I since we were spending most of our time exploring the surrounding area."

"10/10 amazing property to stay at! Ferne and family went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was hassle free having everything available and ready for us to use when we got there. They even offered to start a fire for us while we were out getting dinner. It was extremely windy but the thought was incredibly nice. The vibe was loving and warm and I cannot wait to book another stay at this cottage again!! "

"My family loved every minute of our getaway! The house was immaculately clean and cozy, with plenty of games to keep us busy. We also took a few day trips to Luray Caverns and the Frontier Culture Museum. My favorite moment was sitting on the deck watching the sunset. I will never forget the beauty of this place. The host was so responsive, friendly, and helpful!"

"This cottage was the perfect place for us! It's in a very quiet neighborhood near a park that has a trail by the river and plenty of picnic tables. There is a grocery store nearby, good restaurants and just about anything else you would need. The house was spotless and we arrived to find snacks, and milk, eggs and butter already in the fridge. We highly recommend!"
