Beautiful Villa in Sardinia

Superb holiday home with garden near the beach of LA CALETTA.
The house has 120 square meters of covered space including 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, washing machine, American kitchen, a large room and a room for suitcases and beach equipment.
The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, including microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster.
in the living area there is a large corner sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV.

Maison bien รฉquipรฉe

La maison est installรฉe sur un terrain en pente, la terrasse offre une belle vue sur la mer. La vรฉgรฉtation qui l'entoure permet d'en profiter ร  l'abri de la chaleur du soleil. La maison est trรจs bien รฉquipรฉe, belle cuisine, grande sdb, รฉclairage avec variateurs... Seul bรฉmol, beaucoup d'arbustes entourent la maison et sont arrosรฉs chaque jour, du coup invasion de moustiques tous les jours ! Prรฉvoir les rรฉpulsifs et insecticides ! A faire...Francesco travaille dans un restaurant sur les hauteurs de Posada (et non plus au Colorado, qui est ร  faire aussi ceci dit car donne sur la plage !), il nous avait rรฉservรฉ une table trรจs bien placรฉe et on s'est rรฉgalรฉ avec une spรฉcialitรฉ le Maialetto ! Francesco et sa femme sont trรจs aimables et accueillants, merci !!

Un trรจs bonne accueil, un cadre magnifique, Francesco ร  rรฉpondu ร  toutes mes questions concernant la rรฉgion Maison spacieuse' ร  l'รฉcart de la ville donc calme la vue sur la mer tout les matins au rรฉveil avec le soleil le barbecue merci " Francesco pour le bois " Le seul petit problรจme les moustique certains soirs Sinon ร  refaire pourquoi pas ?

Super vacances

Location de qualitรฉ, qu'il est trรจs rare de trouver. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Tout est neuf et en parfait รฉtat. La situation est idรฉale pour une famille qui souhaite passer des vacances en bord de mer. Assez reculรฉe pour ne pas avoir ร  supporter les bruits de la ville et suffisamment proche pour rayonner sur les innombrables superbes plages voisines. Tous les soirs, les marchรฉs nocturnes et les fรชtes ร  la Caletta, Santa Lucia, Posada (fรชte mรฉdiรฉvale), Budoni, ... sont trรจs apprรฉciables. Le jardin impressionnant dispose d'un barbecue qui nous a permis de faire d'excellente grillades. Le propriรฉtaire, Francesco est est trรจs sympathique et trรจs disponible. Il cultive des fruits et si la pรฉriode le permet, vous n'en manquerez pas. Il travail รฉgalement dans un restaurant de bord de mer ร  la Caletta, le Colorado oรน nous avons mangรฉ ร  diverses reprises. Leur calamars frits sont un dรฉlice. L'accueil y est trรจs chaleureux, en particulier pour les hรดtes de Francesco. Un repas en soirรฉe en bord plage ร  la pleine lune... magique.

Beautiful views in a spacious house

As advertised, spacious house with garden and terrace. Good value and customer service from Francesco and his wife. 1km to supermarket and restaurants, 2km to the beach.
