Schöne ruhige Villa mit toller Terrasse

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa Bruna sehr genossen. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und die Kinder fanden die Schildkröten toll. Der untere Bereich des großen Anwesens steht den Vermietern zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Jedoch war in unser Zeit kaum jemand da und selbst wenn hatten wir mehr als ausreichend Platz und unsere Privatsphäre wurde nicht eingeschränkt. Das Haus selbst war super sauber, das haben wir noch nicht so oft gesehen. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf die Berge hat uns sehr gefallen, da auch die kühle Bergluft immer wieder an den heißen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgte. So wie auch in anderen südlichen Ländern wird man hier nicht vor den vielen Mücken verschont. Dies sollte man bedenken und für guten Mückenschutz sorgen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und klimatisiert, im Wohnzimmer kann das Sofa zu einem vollwertigen Bett ausgeklappt werden. Die Küche ist zwar eher klein, aber gut ausgestattet und soweit alles vorhanden, was man für die Urlaubsküche benötigt. Der netter Vermieter, Davide, ist sehr hilfsbereit und für alle Anfragen offen. Uns wurde sogar eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung als Video zugeschickt :) Lieber Davide, vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Good villa

The villa itself is rustic but clean and comfortable. The location is well situated for exploring the beautiful beaches around Villasimius. The one thing I would have liked to have been aware of was that there are two properties in this walled garden where the owner and his family sometimes stay. They are very nice and it wasn’t a problem but it does change the feel of the stay sharing such an intimate space and having to tell the children they have to stay to one part of the garden. But overall we had a great stay.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. David war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa Bruna gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern (3 und 5) 2 wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Bruna verbracht. Eine grünes, gepflegtes und ruhiges Paradies mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Landschildkröten auf dem Grundstück waren besonders für die Kinder ein Highlight. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt auch bedingt durch die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit der Eigentümer. Einzig störend waren die vielen Tigermücken, also ausreichend Mückenschutz wäre empfehlenswert.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane bellissime, grazie alla casa che è perfetta (pulitissima, funzionale, non manca nulla, completa di tutto); il mare della Sardegna del sud è spettacolare, con le sue calette fantastiche; Davide e la mamma Bruna sono stati dei proprietari ecezionali, discreti e cordialissimi. La macchina è necessaria ma in 3 minuti di macchina (reali) si raggiunge la spiaggia di Solanas che è ben attrezzata a prezzi "fantastici". in mezz'ora si raggiungono tutte le altre calette tipo Punta Molentis (favolosa ma la vorrei rivedere in altro periodo che non sia Agosto .... troppa gente per una spiaggia piccolina); Porto Giunco (che per me non si batte .... acqua cristallina, bassa e sabbia bianca) e tante altre tutte spettacolari. Unico suggerimento che abbiamo dato a Davide è di fare doppie chiavi (noi eravamo in 8, due famiglie, e con un solo mazzo di chiavi eravamo un pò vincolati a stare sempre insieme). Insomma, consiglio vivamente questa villa a chi volesse trascorrere le vacanze nella zona di Villasimius.

vacanza meravigliosa

Siamo stati benissimo e la casa era grande e con un bellissimo spazio verde; per due famiglie per un totale di otto persone è una casa perfetta, comoda e non manca niente! Si stava così bene che per un paio di giorni non si siamo praticamente mossi di lì. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Un grazie particolare a Davide. Il posto è stupendo: tranquillo e vicinissimo a tante spiagge meravigliose e facilmente accessibili. Ci piacerebbe tornare presto! Speriamo!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir haben in der Villa Bruna zusammen mit unseren 2 Kindern eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Das Haus und der dazugehörige Garten sind sehr schön und bieten viel Platz zum erholen und entspannen, es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter-Familie war sehr liebenswürdig und gastfreundlich (Italienisch Kentnisse wären hilfreich aber nicht zwingend notwendig). Die Kinder fanden die Schildkröten besonders toll, die überall auf dem Grundstück zu finden sind. Der nahegelegene Strand in Solanas ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und ist wirklich sehr schön. In 20 - 30 Min kann man weitere schöne Strände erreichen u.a. an der Costa rei (fantastisch). Ich würde das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Negativ waren einzig die vielen Mücken die uns bei Dämmerungsbeginn überfallartig attackierten. Liebe Grüße an Davide und seine Familie

Maison très agréable !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine, fin avril - début mai, en famille (3 enfants). La maison est située à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de Solanas. Comme dit dans un précédent message, les superbes plages de la Costa Rei ou de Villasimius sont à 15-20 minutes en voiture. La voiture (ou un scooter :-)) est indispensable pour cette location. La vue sur la montagne est magnifique. Tous les matins, soleil et petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Pour les autres repas, cette même terrasse offre une ombre bienfaisante ! La maison est spacieuse, la literie de qualité, des plafonds très hauts qui doivent permettre d'avoir nous pensons une certaine fraîcheur en été. Les photos reflètent très bien la beauté du jardin. L'accueil des parents de Davide et de Davide était parfait ! Contact par téléphone ou SMS facile, point de rdv bien choisi. Rien à redire ! De très belles vacances pour nous.

Très belle villa au calme à proximité des plages

Villa spacieuse idéale pour 2 couples avec enfants. Propreté impeccable. Belle terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes avoisinantes. Bonne situation proche du village de Solanas et de sa plage (5 min en voiture). Villassimius se trouve à 15-20 min de route avec ses superbes plages. La magnifique Costa Rei est également à la même distance. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait la connaissance des propriétaires très sympathiques.

Lovely house

It is a very lovely, beautiful house, only minutes from beaches (by car). Description is correct, in reality perhaps the house is even nicer. Very quiet situated, perfect if that is what you are looking for. Lot of birds, we saw even a fox. But I wouldn't call it a luxury villa. It's clean, roomy and good maintained, with a lovely garden. The family is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I could comment on is that I would like to have more frying pans.
