"Staff tried to open our door twice around 11PM while we were sleeping apparently to “check the room”. Fortunately we had the mechanical lock engaged so the door only opened slightly. Other than that no problems at all. Clean, modern hotel with great water pressure. "

"Hotel in a great spot for linking up with other cities via the Eurostar or rail network - not a great hotel to walk into Brussels from as area is quite run down. Staff very friendly, room very comfortable and food delicious. Would use it as a base if back in Brussels again (using the train to go into the centre) "

"Stayed 2 nights here after 2 nights in Bruges. First time in both and while I knew what i was expecting in Bruges (thanks to one of my fav movies 😉), Brussels was a bit of an unknown. The Hotel was such a great place in a great location. Check in and out was online and our room on the 14th floor had great views of the city. The only gripe was the bathroom isn’t totally private. I knew this but my partner wasnt keen on the set up. Room was spotless and the central console for the lights and black out blinds was handy. I used the new technogym which was only upgraded in March past so all the equipment was as new. Enough machines and weights to tick over on your stay. The spa was like new too and though I didn’t pay for any treatments, i used the steam room and sauna, included in our stay. Buffet Breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice for all. If we return to Brussels the The Hotel would certainly be revisited. "

"Amazing location so close to train and tram and the city. Beautiful condition and amazing views and such a great price staff are always bailable to help even at midnight when I arrived. Enjoyed every second of our stay. Pictures are after the stay so not as presentable"

"The location of the hotel is amazing! It’s close to all the major attractions, the hop on and off bus stops and Brussels central. We were able to take the train from airport to the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful! Rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures though and there are no water fountains to fill in a bottle. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. "
