Im bad waren fliesen defekt, im Wohnzimmer löcher in den wänden und der einzige Schrank im Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur eine Tür öffnen, da die 2. defekt ist. "

"Wir kennen die Wohnung in der Villa Helena seit Jahren. Seit der Übernahme durch Novasol wurden auf der Dachterrasse zwei Saunen eingerichtet. Leider wurden die Bänke und Tische auf der Dachterrasse auch geändert, diese sind nicht gerade komfortabel. Außerdem ist die Nutzung der Dachterrasse nicht mehr exklusiv die die Apartments in Zeiten Stück, sondern für alle freigegeben. First cime, First serve ??Was aber ein wirkliches Ärgernis war sind die Abstellräume für die Fahrräder. Ein Abstellraum...

"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, alles sauber und auf zwei Etagen aufgeteilt. Lage ist sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kirche direkt vor der Nase, Parkplätze vor der Wohnung, meistens voll. Kinderspiele, wie beschrieben, leider nicht vorhanden. Defekter Sonnenschirm und Coachtisch. Allgemein eine sehr schöne Wohnung, top. Zum Baden, sollte man allerdings einen anderen Strand aufsuchen :) Wir würden wieder kommen. "
