Location was close to airport nice neighborhood plenty of restaurants up and down the strip around us and just off the main strip close to the downtown area and sightseeing spots We were here for a funeral, but enjoyed the conveniences The home was nice and clean and cozy

Great house, great location

Grand Palace is a fitting name. We needed a large place for a family gathering. The 4 bedrooms were perfect. There was a slight hiccup at checkin (cleaner’s hadn’t finished), but the host immediately addressed it. I would stay here again. Love the central location among historic homes in Sioux Falls.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Grand Palace. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host did a great job communicating before, during, and after our stay. The grandkids loved the arcade games. We would definitely book again.

Sioux Falls Swimming

Spacious and well-kept home. Easily housed 3 adults and two teens. Great location for MidCo Aquatic Center, Falls Park, and many Sioux Falls restaurants and stores. Surrounding area is great for running and walking. Fairly near trails for longer bike rides. Host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would stay here again.

Its bigger than you think! It was a beautiful home that was perfect for us to hang out. The one thing I always look for is that its cozy enough to make me rest easy as if its my own place. The Grand Palace checked that box!
