"We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Excellent location and beautiful accommodation. 10 min walking distance to the Coppersmith Bazaar and many great restaurants. Even though they don't really speak English, they really tried their best to provide the best service. They were so welcoming and the provided breakfast was so delicious. "

"This little hotel is situated directly in the old city center, just a few steps from the castle. Every other part of the city is easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Because of the narrow streets, the hotel's surroundings are exceptionally calm, which makes it a peaceful spot to rest and relax. The Turkish breakfast here is exceptionally good and the people who run this place are very friendly and helpful. "

"This small hotel was a really great experience if you like boutique stays. The ambience of a traditional Turkish inn with great comfort and great breakfasts was outstanding. The staff do not speak much English, but they were attentive, pleasant, and warm."

"One of my favorite hotels that I've stayed at. What really makes this hotel special is the owner. My sister and I asked him where to find the nearest ATM, and he just stopped what he was doing and walked us there himself, pointing out the nearest convenience store and other useful locations. It was so nice of him. The hotel also has an amazing vibe, the old mansion is really cool and each room has such character. If they are having a special dinner when you are staying, I recommend signing up...

"Ruken Konagi is a beautiful old building in a convenient location. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately there is no sound insulation, so you can hear everything that happens in the building - talking in the hallways, other alarms etc. Breakfast was basic, but acceptable. "

"For us it was a nice place as presented with a market about 200 my away. Room was large with most expected facilities. Good breakfast, free. No dining but plenty of places around. More desk staff with better English could help but Koray was great at helping us solve a Teck issue."

"Öncelikle otel işletmecisi ve personel güler yüzlü , otel tertemiz odaya girdiğinizde huzurlu rahat hissediyorsunuz... Gaziantep'te tüm gün gezdikten sonra dinlenip huzurla uyuduk, kahvaltısı yöresel ve çok lezzetli tavsiyemdir. Burada kalmak muhteşemdi, bir sonraki sefer daha uzun kalacağız. "This small boutique hotel is run by a family. They are very nice people and very friendly. They always have tea or coffee for you. The hotel is in a very convenient area and walkable to the main spots of Gaziantep. Our room was a bit small. It was very new and clean. They opened only 4 months ago. My guess is they are still learning; there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. It would be nice to leave a second roll for backup. Breakfast was included in the room; it wasn’t the best but it was ok. Overall I would recommend this boutique hotel; very safe (you have to ring the bell to get in) and very clean which is top priority for me. "

Good budget option

"This was a good budget option for a stay in Gaziantep. Room was small but had what you needed including good shower . We liked the owner but felt that pre trip communication could have been better and getting into the hotel late at night was trickier than we wanted. Breakfast was very good indeed and served in a nice courtyard. Noting comments above would recommend."
