"Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location just across from the Pompei ruins but set back from the road so when in the hotel there was no traffic/tourist noise. Wonderful lemon garden to sit in. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food. Staff were all very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We ate our evening meal in the hotel restaurant twice and it was exceptional - a must try. Room and ensuite were both a very good size. The only negative about our room was that the view from our window overlooked bins and a concrete courtyard, but I suppose someone has to! Would definitely stay here again and recommend but would upgrade to a room with a balcony next time."

"If you want a place near the ruins of Pompei, this is the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and visited both the ruins and Mt Vesuvius. The Pompei Scavi train station is also very close and can take you to Naples or Sorrento."

The hotel's breakfast is one of the best that I've seen. They offer local favorites and other traditional breakfast options. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"Splendid grand building and beautiful great hall with tasteful classical decorations. A good base to stay for visiting Rylal Palace of Caserta. Staff are friendly and professional. Room is clean, quite and comfortable. After extremely tense sometimes chaotic driving and parking in Sorrento-Amalfi region it was a huge relief to park in hotel's wide open courtyard! "

"Stayed at this hotel for its location to one of the entrances to Pompeii. Its absolutely ideal for this. Lots if restaurants in the area. The room is clean and functional and the staff are polite and friendly. Got A/C in the room which is great"
