Lovely apartment inside a residential complex with shared pool. Equipped with air conditioning in the living room, it welcomes guests into a spacious living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen fully equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, American coffee machine, juicer, electric kettle and toaster. The apartment continues with the large bedroom equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The living room overlooks the terrace, furnished with a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners! From the bedroom and the living room there is access to the balcony of the apartment.
The bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine completes the apartment.

*The pool will be available to guests from May 20th to September 30th.

Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property (garage measures 2.75 m x 5.00 m/height 2.20 m).

"The pearl of Garda" is what the wonderful city of Sirmione is called. Starting from the historic walls of the city, tourists begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaligero Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers unforgettable views. For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.

The apartment is 10 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport.

Eine sehr schön gelegene FeWo....mit schönem Balkon und Pool...einziges negative ..... keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.

Das Objekt selbst ist sehr schön, 2 große Zimmer, Bad ausreichend, Pool, große Terrasse vorn und hinten noch ein Balkon. Leider mangelte es sehr an Sauberkeit: dreckiger verklebter Herd und Abzugshaube, die Dusche sehr ekelig und Toilettendeckel kaputt - sehr schade Einkaufen, Essen gehen und schlendern, gute Verkehrsanbindung und fußläufig zum Strand - das passte alles sehr gut 👍
