Convenient and clean
The space is small, but everything in the apartment worked properly. The parking space was good. It is convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants and directly on Lake Garda and from there you can explore the area. Signora Paola was very helpful in resolving any issues. One important detail which surprised me upon arrival: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR (LIFT), and the apartment is on the second floor.

Schöne Lage
Das Objekt hat eine tolle Lage. Liegt leider direkt an einer Hauptstraße, dementsprechend sehr laut. Die Wohnung haben wir nicht besonders sauber vorgefunden. Durften spontan einen zweiten Hund mitbringen, was wir sehr korrekt fanden.

Nettes Appartement an der Hauptstraße
Das Appartement war sehr schön, modern und funktional eingerichtet. Balkon vorhanden. Mit Ausrichtung zur Hauptstraße etwas laut bei geöffneten Fenstern bzw. Balkontür. Dank guter Fenster und Türen im geschlossenen Zustand aber durchaus ok! Elektrische Absicherung etwas schwach - also nicht zu viele Herdplatten und Backofen gleichzeitig einschalten! Gepäck muss leider in den 2.Stock getragen werden, da kein Lift im Haus. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden. Privatzugang zum See leider nicht wirklich nutzbar, da genau dort sehr viel Dreck (Sediment) aufgewirbelt und angespült wird. Kleiner Pool und Liegewiese mit Liegen vorhanden. Im TV wegen italienischem DAB+ ausschließlich italienische Sender - für nicht-Italiener eher unbrauchbar!! Bett ok.

Tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht, direkt am See mit Pool vor der Tür. Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne Lage und nette Einrichtung
Die Lage und tägliche Ausblick sind einfach super. Unterkunft mit allen nützlichen und notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Empfang und Betreuung war sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen und Anliegen erreichbar. Fazit: absolute Empfehlung

Unterkunft eher schlecht.
Familien erwünscht???? 2 Beschwerden bei der Verwaltung über Kinderlärm. Unterkunft schlecht ausgestattet,dafür das man wusste das eine Familie mit kleinen Kinder angemeldet ist(Besteck und Geschirr). Sauberkeit naja, Schränke schmutzig,Grundsauberkeit eher bescheiden.Tolittendeckel war so locker das er abfiel beim ersten benutzen. Italien/Gardasee jeder Zeit wieder,aber nicht diese Unterkunft.
