Baseventuno is a apartment complex in a quiet location near Sirmione, comprising of 5 vacation flats total. Apartment Baseventuno 2 is on the first floor and accommodates 4 guests, offering 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with two beds pushed together to form a double bed), a bathroom, a living room and a modern kitchen. A perfect place for relaxing break

Pros: Quiet and pleasant area for a relaxing stay. Absolutly comfortable apartment with a convenient swimming pool in a carefully maintained beautiful garden. The host was constantly attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

Super nice Appartment with pool and close to the lake

Clean, modern, comfortable! The house has a nice pool area and a lot of trees around the property. Stefano is a great host! Super friendly, quick to respond and he provided us with lots of information about the area. The lake is also just a 4 minute walk away where you can swim or lie in the grass under trees. The old town of Sirmione is a little bit further away, but we liked it this way because it is more crowded there. You can reach it via a short car or taxi ride. But there is also a bus which takes you there in 10 minutes and leaves right around the corner of the appartment. There are also restaurants in walking distance from the house. We can recommend Lugana Beach Ristorante.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Stefanos Apartment! Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist modern eingerichtet, hat eine Klimaanlage und die Lage ist sehr gut: fußläufig zum See (Strand) und perfekt für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte und nach Verona und Venedig. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Den großen und sauberen Pool haben wir täglich mehrmals genutzt, zu jeder Tageszeit :-) Die Kommunikation mit Stefano, dem Vermieter, lief über Whats App sehr gut. Von den anderen Gästen haben wir kaum etwas gehört oder gesehen. Wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Schönes neues Haus/Apartment, gute ruhige Lage

Pros: Schöner sauberer Pool, alles war sehr neu und sauber, Stefano ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, wir konnten uns für umsonst Fahrräder leihen, um auf die Halbinsel Sirmione zu fahren, ansonsten war der Gardasee in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, wir würden wiederkommen Cons: WLAN Verbindung war relativ schlecht
