"Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Fairmont the location is good for sight seeing and the rooms were good and clean. Concierge and check in staff were also helpful. However the spa facilities including the steam room were not working and this was a considerable drawback for us as we had come for a relaxing break. Each day we were told it would be working the next day by spa staff and the issue was not resolved during our stay and we lost out on use of these facilities . We booked massages to help us relax instead at our own cost the Spa manager was reluctant to offer any Spa concession considering the lack of available facilities. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman Efe at reception who called the Spa staff and informed them they could atleast apply the Expedia offer."
