• BBR Resort Fee: A 12% recreation fee is required by the Ranch for access to pools, gyms, and tennis courts.
• Hot Tub Maintenance Fee: (Listed as `Community Fee`) This ensures your private tub is professionally cleaned and balanced for your arrival.

• No Smoking: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
• No Parties: Exceeding the guest limit or disruptive noise may result in penalties.

Fun in the snow

There’s a perfect hill right out back where our kids spent the day sledding. Everything was great, hot tub, all of the amenities. Craig, the property manager was great, always on top of communication and very helpful. Would stay again.

Great house; perfect BBR amenities

Love this house! It was great for our group of seven (four adults; three kids). The bird feeders were a huge hit as well as all of the bikes. The kitchen was well-stocked. The location (on the tee box for Hole 8) was perfect. Management company was very helpful. We loved our stay!

Summer in Black Butte 2024

Fabulous home, unrivaled location, terrific for families with kids. Right on the 8th hole of the Big Meadow golf course. Super close to lodge pool, golf, tennis, volleyball, etc. The home was great for staying in with a pool table, hot tub, hammock, bikes for all edges etc. We've stayed at many homes in BB and this is our favorite!

Family Fun

Great place to relax

The girls enjoyed relaxing and the hot tub. Boys enjoyed their time golfing. We had family over that was staying in another house for dinner and had all the kitchen utensils to prepare dinner. Lots of activities in Black Butte for all ages. We really enjoyed our time and the house was perfect for us.

Beautiful home!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this home in Black Butte! The beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and great room area was spacious / yet also cozy and warm. Loved the bonus loft space so the group could spread out a bit when needed. Enjoyed the beautiful view off the back patio! The walking path system at BBR is conveniently right near the house - took a snowy walk outside to start the new year :) Customer service and responsiveness to questions was fast, supportive and friendly. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Summer fun

We had a fantastic stay at Craig’s house in Black Butte. The property was clean, comfortable and had the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. The location can’t be beat, just a short walk from the Lodge and an easy bike ride to the general store. The check-in process was easy and Craig very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Charming & Comfortable

I can’t say enough great things about our experience. GREAT instructions and communication from host. We sledded, played pool, soaked in the pristine hot tub, and slept solid in our comfy beds. The home decor is well-maintained, cozy and thoughtful. We all appreciated the warm glow from the pellet stove. The open-layout is perfect for all-ages quality time, and bedrooms are quiet and private. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed to hunker in and prepare yummy meals as a family. We’ll definitely book again!

Three generations at Black Butte

The house is wonderful and Craig is extremely responsive. Kitchen is fully equipped, even with spices. Linens are good quality; furniture is comfortable. The location on the golf course is great for little ones to run around in the evening. Craig always replied to our emails promptly and he checked in to make sure all was going well.

Enjoyable Stay

We had a wonderful time at Craig's house! He is a great host and made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Check-in was a breeze, the house was conveniently located, and Craig was easy to communicate with. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house. It was comfortable and homey (loved the added touch of the Christmas tree) and fit our needs well. The pool table was a hit with our group and we spent many hours perfecting our game. We look forward to returning.

Perfect Family Home

Loved everything about our stay, just wish it could have been longer! The house was very well equipped, nice and spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults, 5 year old and 3 year old). Location is great!! Some of the houses in Black Butte can be like a 25 minute drive from the Lodge and this house was like a 3 minute drive from the Lodge which was nice for us as we were there for a wedding. Loved the hot tub and golf course views, watch birds and squirrels, even took the kid bikes for a spin.

Black Butte perfection

We loved everything about this house and would definitely stay again! I grew up coming to Black Butte with my family and this was the first time bringing my own kids, plus bringing my parents back to relive many old memories. The golf course view was beautiful and it was fun to watch the golfers come through. There was also plenty of space before the course began for my kids to play catch and run around. Having the hot tub was a nice treat as well. We had a family of deer who visited often which is one of my favorite parts of Black Butte. The house was very clean and well-appointed, we were able to find everything we needed. Craig was very responsive and even came to the house himself to fix an issue we were having with the grill. The location can’t be beat, very close to the meadow, ball fields, golf course, and lodge. My 5-year-old was leading the way to the pool on his bike by our third day! My kids (5 and 7) loved the crafts and activities at the rec center, riding horses, visiting the fire station on Wednesday morning, and of course many hours at the pool. Outside of Black Butte we recommend Proxy Falls, the fish hatchery at Camp Sherman, Sisters Bakery, and Sisters Smokehouse. We had a very special week staying here and are already thinking about our return!

Great home. All of the rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. The house amenities were perfect, with the pool table and spotless hot tub a nice plus. The kitchen was current and had everything needed to prepare your meals. And the view onto the eighth fairway is beautiful. Lastly. Craig was extremely helpful and timely to ensure an easy check in/out, and available to answer any questions. Fully recommend!

Extended family vacation

We had family coming in from all over the west and this place was the perfect place to meet. Our host was VERY communicative and helpful before, during and after the our trip. The house had everything we needed (and more!) The house is well taken care of, in fact, they came and professionally serviced the hot tub during our stay. Very clean! There were no surprises and the prep work and communication by our host made our vacation easy and stress free!
