We (family of 4) stayed here for 4 nights. Had booked 2 separate rooms but were upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment. Our stay was a faultless 5-star experience from start to finish. Hotel was perfect seaside resort. Featuring a nice private beach, large pools, spa, etc., everything needed for a special getaway weekend. Our of the 100's of hotels I have stayed at, this ranks #1 for the level of genuine service provided, from check-in, concierge, beach staff, restaurants (several), everyone is attentive and always making sure everything is perfect. There isn't anything within walking distance of the hotel, but why leave paradise?

My anniversary trip was impeccable thanks to all the staff at W Dubai the Palm. We were greeted warmly at check in and provided us with a lovely complimentary room upgrade. I have always believed Riu in Bahamas is number one until I visited Riu Dubai . It’s supper clean . The Buffet options are great. The food is fantastic. The entertainment sector is a little lacking if you opt to stay in the facility. Will definitely rebook again in a few years. Keep up the great work. Shout out from Plymouth , Mass.

The service is top notch. NEVER have experienced s7ch duperb service. The buffet staff even carried my plate to our table. I wont mention names because i doht want to overlook anyone. I rec9mmend highly buffet. Food was good, service outstanding.

I felt at home with very good experience and I plan to stay there in my future visits to UAE. I recommend this hotel.

Everything about it was such an experience. First time in Dubai and my family enjoyed it! The beach was perfect and safe. The lifeguards were amazing and so friendly. The pools were so nice! The dinning areas were perfect. We took half board so we got breakfast and lunch/dinner was optional for us, but you can only take one of them and the other option you would have to pay out of pocket. Other than that, the staff was fantastic and we always came to a clean hotel room after our fun-filled day...

Truly a 5 star resort! Beautiful rooms, spacious, lots of amenities, great food and more. But be warned all are not inclusive as Expedia’s advertising. I saw no warning on the site to pick or chose. Normally all inclusive is in the pricing or you can chose. I though it was in the price. Got there I found out differently. I had room only. I would have paid extra upfront had I known. Food is most expensive cost there and all over Dubai.
