    The Space:

    This beautiful home in Black Butte Ranch Resort is the perfect place to get away. Recently remodeled, it offers new wood flooring, new bed frames and mattresses, and new furniture throughout the home. The cozy living area has a fireplace, a plush sofa, and plenty of space to stretch out. The spacious kitchen has all the tools and necessary appliances to make delicious vacation meals. When dinner is prepared, dine together at the table or the cozy breakfast nook by the windows. On the deck, guests can sit together, enjoy a favorite beverage, and take in the wooded view beyond the home. This home has one adult bike and one child’s bike for easier transportation.

We LOVED this house! Our family PLUS our extended family has been coming to Black Butte together for 15 years, and everyone agreed this was the best house we’ve stayed in yet.The layout is absolutely perfect for a larger family or group, with plenty of space to spread out while still having great areas to gather. The location is fantastic — easy access through the fields to the Lakeside Pool, plus great bike trails to the Glaze Meadow Pool, store, etc. The large deck was a favorite and was perfect for outdoor meals, entertaining, morning coffee, and just hanging out together. The AC was also a huge plus, especially because we were there when it was 80 degrees.The house is beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had everything we needed to cook large meals for our whole group. We brought our own bikes, but there were plenty of bikes at the house that we could have used.It’s truly a wonderful spot to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything Black Butte has to offer. We will absolutely be booking this house again next year!

Great house and layout. Really great outside deck. Good location. Some minor things need to be fixed so housekeeping/maintenance could be better. Bikes had flat tires and no tire pump. Most bikes too big or too small. Mostly men/boys bikes.
