Bright apartment with sea views , located on the beachfront and accommodating up to 6 people. It is situated in a residential complex with a communal swimming pool and tennis courts.

The apartment features a living/dining room with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for six. The open-plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two stools for guests. It is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.).

From the living room, you can access the terrace with views of the sea and Marina beach, a peaceful and family-friendly area perfect for relaxing. The Aiguadolç port is very close by, offering a variety of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is also just a few minutes away.

The apartment has three bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a double bed, and the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also another bathroom with a shower for the other guests.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. It has high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment is accessible by stairs or elevator and is located on the first floor.

There is a free parking area with exclusive access for residents that guests can use.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
