"10/10 A perfect little gem close to the centre and a stones throw to Penlee Park which is the perfect place to walk if you have a dog. Alec and Serena are such lovely hosts , kind , helpful and generous allowing guests to share their beautiful garden. The flat is spotless and comfortable and very much home from home. "3 minutes walk to town centre. Appartment clean and well equipped and decorated lovely Would benefit from a mirror in the bedroom and a microwave in the kitchen but these are minor details the Appartment was beautiful and the weather too. Local buses were plenty and a train service. Local restaurants recommend by the owners we found were wonderful and always got a table without booking prior. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable "

"A quiet, relaxing place to stay with a fabulous view over Carbis Bay. Be prepared for the challenging up and downs of the paths at first… however after a few days it was a real pleasure to walk into St Ives and back and Carbis Bay and back. Would stay again. "

Split your recycling and put in bags, saves the rubbish collectors opening all your bags to separate it!! The house is nice, plenty of room to have your own space. (There was 10 of us and a dog).
