I updated host when I arrived saying property was ideal. Quick response thanking me. ( I hadn’t checked internet this far however)When I messaged to say internet doesn’t work no response until too late - nearly checking out.If internet works, great property, great location."

"The property smelt strongly of people smoking (despite the fact that it was advertised as a non-smoking property). The lockable front door was loose in its frame and felt insecure, especially as the location is in a very run-down street with a lot of graffiti and rubbish strewn around. To cap it off, we were confronted with a rat in the courtyard entrance as we arrived back. We chose to pack our bags and drove home through the night, rather than stay.
