Nice, designed, clean, enaugh space, good location in the center of Spa

Hotel staff was really helpful and has offered baby cot with no Fee for our child. The location and the park just outside are simply excellent, nreakfast was nice, but the only one disappointment was buffet dinner, as for me the variety of dishes could have been wider

Being here was an absolutely beautiful experience. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean and featured astounding views over the golf fields. The design was simply impeccable, the rooms are stylish and with lots of high tech features. Breakfast could be much better, but I wouldn’t even take points off for that provided that everything else is fantastic. This is a brand new hotel and we wish it long years of prosperity!

It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping.

We had a very pleasant night staying in the main hotel building that dates from the late 1800s. The complex is quite large, with an indoor equestrian rink, a bar, a restaurant, a spa, and a large event room. The breakfast buffet contained a bit of everything so everyone was able to find a breakfast. The decor is traditional, everything was well maintained, and the bed sheets were nice. It was another hockey overnight. Simple room. Functional TV. Friendly service at the desk. Delicious breakfast staples. I arrived tired and hungry. I left refreshed and energized.

Good position in center of city.

The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos.
