Tyvärr välkomnades vi av en stor silverfisk precis utanför dörren till vårat rum. Sedan en fläskänger (skalbagge) i rummet. Kändes obehaglogt och vi vågade inte ha något stående på golvet. Påtalade detta i receptionen, men fick bara höra så konstigt vi städar så bra. Sådant kan ju hända. Frukosten inget speciellt, vattnig juice, bleka croissanter, inget extra. Poolen och bastun skön, men bubbelbadet ej speciellt varmt

Åt deras buffe på kvällen. Allt var smaklöst förutom tomatsoppan. Lite att välja på till frukost. Juice och kaffe samakade vatten. När man kom ner till frukosten så stod det massa ölglas i foajén sedan kvällen innan.

Födelsedagshelg

Jag och fästmön besökte Skellefteå för att fira hennes mammas födelsedag. Vi trivdes mycket bra på Aurum Hotel. Oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Sköna sängar och en utmärkt frukost. Väldigt bra läge med bra kommunikationer. Vi återkommer gärna.

Rigtig godt hotel, husk ingen reception om aftenen

Udemærket og hyggeligt hotel med pool og spa. Poolen var dog meget kold. Spa var til gengæld lækker varm. Der stod ikke på hotel.com at vi selv skulle tjekke ind, så vi var lidt i vildrede om hvordan og hvorledes. Dejligt rent værelse. Lækker morgenmad uden mangler. Her kunne vi sagtens komme tilbage til.

Otydliga öppningstider för restaurang/bar. Svårt att få bord. Maten var slut ena dagen.. Extremt varma rum med svårt att ha fönster öppna pga motorvägen. Poolen får bra betyg! Barnen gillade den. Bra frukost och bra parkering.

Bra service, OK mat utbud och God frukost

Fin restaurang del och fin hotel överlag. Finns pool att bada i och även bastu! Dock saknades ac i rummen och det var under årets varmaste del av sommaren. Hjälpsam personal och helt ok mat. Frukosten var super!

Bra hotell.

Jättefint hotell, bra personal, bra mat, snabb wifi, fin pool. Inget att klaga på där. Det enda som var ett problem var att det inte fanns någon ac på rummet. Och juli 2025 så har det varit 30c (eller varmare). Så det var olidligt varmt på hotellrummet.

Alldelens för varmt på rummet. Ingen ac. Ostädat under sängen. Förut ingick middag. De är nu borttaget. Går köpa till middag för den som vill.
