"Property was in perfect setting for us to meet as a family and safe for 2 toddlers. Some very nice touches in the bungalow. We did have a few issues that could have happened at any time. Each were dealt with promptly by the owner. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Lincoln and found lots to do. Property about a 20 minute walk to the centre and nice to walk through the Arboretum. Hot tub was fun and pretty well maintained but property itself quite run down and poor attention to detail (no batteries in TV remote, freezer unusable as so frosted up, no dishwasher etc...I'm a holiday cottage owner myself and think about the quality we offer and the welcome pack we always include; this was barely adequate in comparison. "

"Great central location with an easy and keyless check in. We did have a few problems to begin our stay due to an app error so our booked room wasn't ready but after contact with the host this was quickly sorted. We booked 3 nights and had issues with the shower in the room not working but again hostnd staff were very helpful and hot this resolved. "

"This is our second stay and I'm sure we will be back again. This place is lovely with all the facilities you need. The house feels very spacious and has the added bonus of a hot tub where my wife and daughter spent many many hours!. Great comms with the owners and they are very friendly. "Wow!! The White Hart is a super special gem in a historic building. My room and bathroom were large and decorated to a high standard and the bed was fantastic!! Every member of the staff were so friendly and welcoming and you can tell they all enjoy working there. I added breakfast to the room rate and there were so many choices to choose from. If you are a breakfast eater, this is something you should consider. There are also numerous bars in the hotel and the bar staff were fantastic too!! The hotel location is amazing and literally steps from the cathedral and steep hill. Highly recommend The White Hart hotel and I can’t wait to return very soon!! "
