The rooms were lovely although we were expecting a downstairs room with a pool view but our rooms were changed and as much as they thought we would like a free upgrade it was compatible for our mum who has mobility issues and we had to wait the next day to get the room changed which wasn’t a pool view and the stairs had no banister for her.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities

Liked: Cleanliness
The sunbeds were amazing, breakfast very good but very cramped, the room & bed very comfortable , the hotel had been refurbished & only opened in May so still had a few problems that needed fixing ,Our air conditioning leaked water all over the floor & although we told reception it wasnt sorted (we only stayed 2 nights) We had no hot for showers water on both mornings, the french doors were still the old doors & the glass seemed unsafe & the doors noisy when opening or closing, great location for the town & beach & despite the problems we enjoyed our stay
