The view from the room is stunning, however the bed is hard as a rock. Also the power went out in the middle of the night and we realized in the morning that is was a main breaker in the office area that wasn't reset until a staff member showed up at 9:30 am.

The hotel has a lovely view and the terrace and rooms are excellent, reception staff are friendly - however it is above the noisest disco in town which goes on until 3am - although there are earplugs left in the room, I would never consider staying at this hotel again regardless of if the room was half the price.

Ett fantastiskt boende! Gamla hamnen och båttrafiken till öarna från första parkett! En fin balkong med bord och stolar för sköna mornar och kvällar. Fina, men inte så stora rum, och perfekt städning. Mycket bekväma sängar och välfungerande luftkonditionering. Det ligger en trevlig bar direkt i anslutning till hotellet, men det är på inga sätt störande. För de riktigt känsliga finns öronproppar att få i rummet. Inte världens bästa tryck i duschen, men det har inte med hotellet att göra, vatten är som alltid på de flesta öarna en begränsad resurs. Massor av restauranger och barer inom några få minuters promenad. Som bonus, möjlighet att bada i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Rekommenderas.

We had a fabulous stay at The Water. The room was stunning and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Dimitris was very friendly and was very helpful with extending our checkout to later on in the day so we could leave our stuff before our evening flight. Only criticisms was no full length hanging space for dresses/ trousers. I’m not particularly keen on a wet room which this was and would have been good to know this before, because the bathroom was quite small, everything was wet after a shower. We read lots of reviews about noise disturbance however we did not have an issue with this at all and we were in the room next to the bar. The balcony door is pretty much soundproof. Overall, we had a fabulous stay, location was incredible and the views from the balcony make this property a must when staying in Skiathos.

A Beautiful setting, fantastic friendly staff, good sized modern room. Really enjoyed our stay at The Water and will return next year. Worth noting if you are a light sleeper, perhaps avoid as the cocktail bar next door is open until 3am, hotel does provide ear plugs to help mitigate this.
