"We stayed at Alkyon Hotel for 3 nights before travelling on to Skopelos and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! It was so convenient being 5 minutes drive from the airport and on the sea front. It was less than 5 minutes walk from the main strip of restaurants along the front of the port but slightly out of the main town area so was quiet at night. "No sea view balcony even after selecting it sea view room, my neighbour had one though. Paid a premium for this view and did not get one. Flooding shower and sink drains. Safe was malfunctioning and did not match instructions. Everything else fine, but will avoid in future."

"Beautiful gardens and pool area. Despite being next to the road it was very peaceful. Good selection at Breakfast. There is only one coffee machine which could lead to queues at peak times.
