"The Grassington Lodge is truly minimalist. A very small room, two bath towels, and one hand towel. For the third of three nights they added a bath mat and a bar of soap. The only staff ever present was the cleaning lady and her assistant. She was kind and helpful but certainly not enough to welcome and assist guests. "

"Very friendly staff. Excellent food- thank you chefs. Comfy clean room. Friendly atmosphere. Convenient for shops, train station and buses. We were above the bar but didn't really hear any noise. (The bar closed 10pm at the latest) Road works had just started on the street but as we were out during the day it didn't affect us. Always managed to get a parking slot on the street. If we were to suggest improvements it would be to have a couple of shelves in the bathroom and a light above the bathroom mirror. We would certainly recommend this lovely little pub. "Warm and friendly welcome. Lovely cosy bedroom with a fantastic modern bathroom. We had drinks in the conservatory on the comfy sofas than our evening meal which was delicious. Summer menu was a good deal and the Al a carte menu had lots of delicious options to chose from. Waitresses were friendly. A delicious breakfast in the morning. The coffee was a little too strong but the waitress brought extra hot water when requested. Throughly recommended, five ⭐️"
