"Difficult to find! Awkward to get owners to get to the place to check out! Location would have great if it wasn't so hard to get back to! Missed out on the surroundings because there was no one to consult! Surrounding srea would have great if I knew where I was! Taxis couldn't find the place so it cost $35 Euros to stay in $40 place for 2 nights! I was the only person in the hostle! I called the nuber he left me but no one answered! "Very nice spa area, we only got to use it once. Didn't have the time. Nice spacy rooms. Unfortunately only dubblebeds.. very big terrasse with a view of the river. Walking distance to downtown and the old Bazaar. The hotel is located directly across from the new stadium. Very nice choices at the breakfast buffet with the choice of ekstra al la carte. Also nice choice for lunch and dinner."

"The reason for taking out one star is because the first studio apartment we had , had too many issues, but then the host moved us the very next day to a one bedroom apartment that lacked nothing , was spotless with all needed amnesties and more , very comfortable bed , we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable, the host really went over and above and even did not charge us for the first night. I am going back to the same place in a couple of days and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Skopje."

"Great location - super central and good value for money. Breakfast was quite basic but fine. Few issues around maintenance eg towel holder in room broken, stains on carpet in room. gym toilets don’t have locks and the lockers still seems to have works in progress (as building materials were in some lockers). Also no body lotion provided in rooms, Staff overall friendly however I did find that there is an insistence to use the hotel taxi / shuttle service which is generally more expensive vs booking the general city white taxis when going to the airport (which when I stayed at the Marriot they were happy to do for you.) This was a slightly poor experience (I understand they are incentivised to use their own people but they should really do what the customer requests.) In my case they ended up matching the price of a local taxi via their own shuttle service however I felt the interaction with front desk could be much smoother around booking cars and letting customers choose themselves if they wish to avail the hotel shuttle car or a local white taxi. That all said despite the small observations above I think the hotel is good value for money."
