Disappointing and bad

We booked this hotel as it stated it had free parking but when we checked in they only had 7 spaces which were occupied. Room was disappointingly in the basement with no charm. Carpets in the hotel were dirty and stained. Breakfast was terrible

Otroligt låg standard. Mycket slitet. Luktar avlopp i korridoren. Trasiga möbler i restaurangen. Rummet kostade 2500:- vilket är helt befängt!!! Fick byta rum men rum nr två var knappt bättre än det första. Första rummet var fönstret halvt dolt av ”frostat” glas för att man inte skulle kunna se den så kallade ”utsikten”. Frukosten var helt okej.

Överlag en bra hotellvistelse. Rummet var kanske något trångt just runt sängen. Annars var rummet bra. Hade kunnat vara lite större utbud på frukosten. T.ex. skivad frukt och lite mer smörgås-pålägg. Allt var bra. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, bra rum rent och snyggt, bra frukost. Enda nackdelen var avspärrningarna runt delar av hotellet pga matfestivalen, men det var ju inte hotellets fel.

Oengagerat bemötande. Rummet slitet med hängande kontakt från vägg samt lös toalettsits. Endast tre menyval i restaurang samt okunnig serveringspersonal som inte hade koll på någonting.
