"The staff was nice and the property itself looked good, but the room I had issues with. I was only there 6 hrs to sleep didn’t want to change rooms but the room was dirty. When I set my bag down and someone’s ring on the floor and then seen all the dust and hair on the floor by the baseboards ugh. "

"Staff was really helpful, was able to to park right in front of my room, ac worked well. Only thing was the bed had a dip on the mattress n was uncomfortable to sleep."

"Room deadbolt did not work properly. Was difficult to operate. I’m a builder and it was not user error. Room Was so so, clean but definitely “used”. Smoke alarm went off if taking shower with bathroom door open, from steam. Fridge was not cold, even when attempting to adjust temp. Property was nice and staff was great. Room was a 1-2 out of 5."

"I am very disappointed in this hotel! The hotel was very nice but I got robbed right after leaving to Coachella from my room. All they took from my room was my purses and wallets. It seems it was someone that was watching me and my cousin. I think it was an inside job. When we went to the front desk to report it they didn’t seem surprised and did not want to show me any footage around the time my purses got stolen stating they don’t had any security. I did call the police and file a police report on the incident. So if anyone stays here please don’t leave any of your personal belongings here as they can rob your stuff. "

"Despite our early arrival at 1030 a.m. we were given a room immediately, which was appreciated as we had a large amount of groceries with us for our stay. Throughout the 5 days of our trip we had to take the shuttle back and forth from reception several times. (Was not walkable for me in the heat) The process was flawless once I started texting with the property rather than calling. They use an AI bot to answer phone calls and I found it frustrating trying to get past it to speak with a human. Overall it was a really nice property; my daughter and I felt very safe there."
