"The room was great but no coffee machine you literally have to pay for everything morning coffee water"

"The breakfast area is in the open , so if it's raining , you're going to get wet.. People banging on the doors all night long , so we didn't get much sleep.. Was told the transfer to our cruise terminal was included.Then I had to pay the driver once we got there.. would not recommend if you want a good night's sleep"

Property feels like home, the lobby truly feels like a living room and has lots of space for sitting, working and has its own mini food shop to buy snacks and breakfast. The pool has a depth where you’re not worrying about having to stay afloat, you can truly relax and enjoy the nice views of the harbor. The best amenity is the fresh water available 24/7 in the lobby and poolside if you’re there. "

"This is a low budget hotel that looks nice in the outside hut for sure NOT worth the money. Although it was a one night stay for the port, it was the most uncomfortable “dorm” room I’ve ever slept in. Pillows are horrible and they don’t give you more if you request. Every time the toilet flushes the water was so loud. It sounded like it was flooding the room and the water wasn’t being flushed by our toilet. It was another horrible hotel."

"Room door was open to the pool....like a two-floor motel set-up, but on the 9th floor. Had to take 2 elevators to enter/exit the room. Woken by kids screaming in the pool at 8am. The onsite "restaurant/bar" is a sad corner off the pool that didn't seem to be staffed. It was priced accordingly but the pictures make you think you're getting a deal. You're not."

"The property is clean and modern. Parking is a challenge as the hotel offers none. We had a ten minute walk with our luggage. The pool and hot tub area on the roof is excellent with great views. No food offered on property. No coffee either. If you are having an extended stay it would be ok as they have a full kitchen in the room along with a washer and dryer. Location is great and within a ten minute walk of Bayside. Lobby is very small with just few seats for waiting. "
