"Everything was great. Was very noisy at 3am and the tv quit working. However, they were setting up across the street for the Ultra music festival, so, i can't imagine the noises being a real issue. "

"Great Staff A little dusty in the room and I found a hair strand that wasn’t mine the second I came in the room and we were placed in a room with broken lights thankfully staff helped us promptly and was so sweet "

"The room was clean and in a great location to the cruise ships but the area around the hotel is old and nothing close for dining. The front desk staff was nice but hard to understand and not very helpful. The bar was not open all day. The free breakfast was as expected, did the job. There was a lot of river party noise, that I did not mind but some might."
