"Attentive staff and beautiful spa, pool and rooms."

"Hotel is in a convenient location to walk around the city. We tried Perrilla’s happy hour and was definitely worth it. Overall I had a great experience and we recommend people to stay here."

"The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room exceeded expectations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back !"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"I have been to Chicago many times, but this is the first time at the Hyatt Regency. From the staff to the amenities it was outstanding!!! Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to this wonderful city!"

"Staff is greatly appreciated and the room is very clean"

The hotel offers the perfect combination of elegance, comfort, and convenience, making my time in Chicago even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and some of the city’s most beautiful attractions. The atmosphere throughout the property is sophisticated...

"When I called about the heat and blinds, on two separate occasions, someone came within 15 minutes. The person was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I will refer others to stay at Aloft"

"It was a great stay, but the only thing is the bathroom light did go off. It would turn on and off on its own"
