"I received several emails from the hotel, but I think the instructions for checking in could have been more helpful. Maybe I missed it, but I don’t remember reading that I had to drive up to the main building to check in and get keys. And I don’t think it was clear that I had to scan my key after 10pm to gain entry into the building. And when I checked in, I was charged $58 (not $40) for resort fees. I was told that Hotel.com never gets the fee right. Other than that, the condition of the room was very nice. Tasteful, updated and had what I needed for my stay. The TV kept freezing up, but it was ok. I would stay here again. Hopefully next time, I have time to visit the restaurant."

"We’ve stayed at numerous properties in LBI over the years. This is by far one of our favorite locations. We stayed here multiple times and the place is always immaculate, great views of the lagoon from the dock and communication with the host is excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here to anybody looking for getaway."

"Location is beautiful and ideal for in between LBI and Manahawkin. It’s a 2-level apartment with a master bedroom and bathroom together upstairs and tv area outside the bedroom/bath. The window AC unit in the tv area works great, but you need to keep the bedroom door open if you want it to reach inside for sleeping. Ceiling fans keep the bedroom very cool though! Kitchen is stocked very well with supplies but we couldn’t find if there were any spices. It was very clean and cozy! The amenities of being on the water were the best part! Joe and Maria are extremely friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!!"

"We had an amazing family vacation here and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and outdoor space (kayaking and paddle boarding), which quickly became everyone's favorite spot.It was the perfect home base for exploring Long Beach Island while still enjoying the peace and quiet of Manahawkin. The host was easy to work with and very responsive."

"Overall it's a very nice home, with plenty of windows allowing in a lot of light. There’s also a nice sunroom with a view of the adjacent canal. There are TVs in the two bedrooms, the living room, the sunroom and a loft. However, they were not working properly in the living room and one of the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms with showers, however about midway through our 9 day stay, the control valve in one of the showers broke and we could no longer use it.But despite the problems we experienced, which I assume will be rectified soon, we would definitely stay here again. One note on the cleaning crew who prepped the house before our arrival. They could have done a better job on the kitchen. There was something sticky on the counter that we had to wipe down."
