"Though I enjoyed my stay, there seems to be an issue with having available luggage carts. I have stayed at this location many times and this is always a problem with having available luggage carts. It seems guests would take them and leave them in their rooms until they check out which leaves none for other guests. I needed to check out but there were none. Your staff was kind enough to get one from storage which wasnt necessary if you would add a medal rod to the carts extending high enough that wouldn't allow it to go into the rooms or GPS tags to each cart. Just a suggestion."

Executive Inn - Fort Lee

"The rooms were fine, air conditioning worked really well, the staff were fine. The cons I have of this stay is that the sinks didn’t have hot water, only the shower so the water pressure was low when you tried to turn on the hot water. The staff at the hotel neglected to inform guest that the washers on the 3rd floor were out of service which means it took my money. They gave me the money back. There is no complimentary breakfast, it’s just mini muffins and some drinks. There is a bus line that takes you into New York but not deep into it. We had to catch 4 buses to get to Time’s Square from the hotel which wasn’t bad but it didn’t leave us enough time since buses stop around 1 am. I STRONGLY recommend having a car when going to this place or having money for ubers/lyfts because there is a barrier in the street that cannot be hopped over, you quite literally have to drive around it or you won’t get back to the hotel. If you’re late to check in, you do have until 3 AM to check in and then you get charged I believe. Just call the hotel and let them know the deal. As far as food, you either have to bring food back to the hotel or cough up the money for delivery because there is nothing but 5 gas stations around the area to get something from and they do close at certain times. I don’t recommend the gas station, Tiger Mart simply because they sell expired items and they know they are expired but won’t do anything about it. Everything isn’t expired but I would still check."

"Parking is fine, they charge small a fee per car. The staff is decent. The room... I was below satisfied. The bed was comfortable and the floor and sheets clean. But the air conditioner isn't very good at its job, even on high. I met another guest who said they were having the same problem. Then there was the matter of the smoke alarm. Its battery was dead and ALL night it would trill loudly every 5-10 minutes. Just enough time to yank me from my sleep. When finally I got up and spoke to somone at the front desk about it, they said maintenance wasnt available to change it. A 9volt battery. (Eye roll) Also, the water pressure was non-existent and the floor in the bathroom (a handicap-accessible shower) was at a gradient that causes the water to flow past it and miss the drain. In all I understand: theres are obvious renovations going on. But it was still a very unsatisfying stay."

"Very nice rooms, good dinner food at the restaurant. Hot water wasn't working in the morning. Some of the charges on our bill were cancelled, but had to ask for the compensation. "
