Staff were very good and friendly. The radiator in the room did not work the first night and it was quite cold. When a request for additional blankets was made they were quickly brought along with a small portable heater.

This is a really lovely hotel. You can see it easily if you arrive on the airport light railway and the location is excellent for exploring Bergen. Vander Altona
Fabulous apartment, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious, clean, in a great location close to Bryggen and the room was very quiet. Check-in system and app worked perfectly 🙂
