"Overall a great stay at Palazzo Violetta. A ten minute walk to Sliema waterfront or Baletta Bay, so close to the tourist bars, restaurants and shops but also away from the hustle and bustle when you want a quiet night's sleep. Room was clean, spacious although a little dated - large solid wood desk and wardrobe. A really minor point overall. Breakfast was excellent and varied - although the coffee machine needs replaced as it regularly took 5 attempts to get it to part with an espresso! All the staff were excellent. Every single one courteous, polite and helpful. Would happily stay there again."
