"Although we were not sure about the size of this chalet, we were extremely surprised how big and accommodating this place was. The home is very clean, large and has many separate rooms with 2 queen and 3 double beds. The host bent over backwards to meet our needs. Although there is no cell service up and down highway 3A, this home has great internet, so "WhatsApp" works well for calling. The price is based on 2 people, with additional people paying a bit extra. It is very appropriately priced. It was a perfect place for our group of 7 hikers to stay, as we were able to access Valhalla Provincial Park easily. Thank you Bonnie!"

"Its a quiet clean area. They are clearly upgrading the property which didnt have an affect on our stay. We got a newly renovated room with a living/kitchen area. The staff were very accommodating and checked in with us to make sure all was good often. The little restaurant had amazing food too. It certainly doesnt feel like you are close to the highway either. We will definitely come back if we are in this area again. "

"Our group of 12 adults, 2 toddlers, and a dog stayed at the Chalet and we had a blast! The location of the chalet near the start of the Sproule Creek Trail was perfect for our active group - it's a huge bonus for walking the dog and getting in a morning run. It's only about 10 minutes to the Taghum Beach, 15 minutes to Shoreacres, and 15 minutes into town, so still close enough to the action. Booking and communicating with the property owner was seamless, and we would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks for having us! "

"Well appointed clean property. The house had everything we needed fpr our family of 4. High end everything including lovely shampoos and hand soaps. The kitchen was well set up and had everything we needed to cook family meals. Great stay. The car port was handy to store our bikes and SUPs. fafamily meald. "

"We had a wonderful time at this house. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of space for us to all be able to spread out when needed. A fabulous kitchen for us to gather and cook meals together. The kitchen is very well equipped. The yard was great for playing games, very well cared for garden. The A/C worked well. Communication with owner and property manager was easy. "Everything about this property exceeded expectations. The cabin was super clean, with everything I needed including AC, a washer/dryer, and a super comfy bed, in an absolutely gorgeous setting with beautiful creek sounds you can hear inside the cabin, and it's perfectly situated very close to Nelson and nearby beaches. Communication with Karl was fast and seamless, and the owners' sweet dog Blue was around from time to time to say hello. An absolute treat, and this will be my go-to place when I'm in the Nelson area."
