"Great location and staff, but the hotel rooms are not very clean. It needs a serious deep clean and carpet replacement. "

"Spa not in use but would not have used it anyway. The Kitchen utensils and draws were dirty, the Dishwasher was still full of previous occupants dishes and cupboards and drawers were cluttered and untidy. We cleaned and tidied the above on arrival. The outdoor setting was filthy we also had to clean before using. Overall the house needs a bit of TLC. I did contact the host and was told this was not part of the cleaners responsibilities."

"Wonderful cottage in an idyllic setting. Views from the backyard were beautiful. Easy walk to a private beach. Also to Emu Bay Beach. Bed was comfortable. Pictures in the listing accurately depict the property. Owners were extremely responsive. "
