"My husband and I (and our dog) had a great stay here. The house was really cute, comfortable and quirky with multiple areas for hanging outside and out. I personally liked hanging out by the electric fireplace to read. The house has a throw back feel staying here- especially with the arcade game, which was super fun. The King size bed was super comfortable! Our first night, before a Nor-easter arrived, we used the fire-pit, which was perfect. We loved the location of the house-it was so cool to be so close to False Cape State Park and the Virginia border. It was our first time to stay in this 4x4 area of Corolla and we had a great time 4-wheeling around the neighborhoods looking for horses. Jonathan was great at communication, as I reached out a few times with questions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was perfect for us. Just the right size and the location was great. It's set in a wooded lot among the live oaks and pine trees. It's very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was adequately equipped with everything we needed. The wild horses came right through the yard which was a real treat. If we make the trip again, we will definitely stay here."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The screened in porch was perfect for watching the sunrise and playing card games in the evening. The seating in the pool was also top notch! "The whole family (my wife, two grown daughters, husbands and two granddaughters) went down to Nomad dunes for the second year in a row. The house has plenty of room for everyone to have space when wanted even though we were all together most of the time either at the beach, pool or family room. Everyone did not want to leave when the week was up and that says it all. The host is great answering any questions in a timely manner. In summation the house is very large, clean and well stocked. 2 years in a row and no interest in trying any other location. Thank you Mike and Chelsea for creating a location that creates great memories. See you next year."
