" Exceeded all expectations—clean, comfortable, and great service! ​I want to share how impressed I am with this property and its staff. After reading some concerning reviews on Google and Expedia, I reached out to the location manager via email and phone to discuss my concerns. I am happy to report that during our four-day stay, we found absolutely nothing to complain about. ​The suite was extremely clean, fresh, and very accommodating. It’s clear the property is well-maintained. While the breakfast is a standard continental style, the dining area was spotless and the food was served hot. They even offered a complimentary Uber to and from the airport, which was a great touch (even though we didn't need it). After researching the owner’s story, I’m even more proud to support this business. We will definitely be returning to GreenTree properties!"

"The room was extremely clean and quiet, even next to the Interstate. I never heard any noise. The staff were amazing, very helpful and informative with suggestions of places to visit etc. The pool is nice and they also have a laundry room , which is great. I highly recommend. AAAAA+++++"

"Overall, it was wonderful. The things we liked the most: Courteous staff, fruit and cucumber water in the lobby, breakfast selections, location near the zoo, botanical gardens and a museum, free shuttle to and from the airport. The things we did not like: toilet and tub drain we not draining properly. When they brought someone to repair, there was a language barrier and it did not get resolved. We also found a bogus charge to our room, but the front desk resolved that nicely."

"Clean rooms . Hot coffee or tea at any hour available. Friendly staff , and genuinely eager to help meet our needs. This location is so nice and quiet and a 5-7 minutes walk to Scottsdale old town. You won’t need a car. It has been recently renovated within last 2 years and was an absolute pleasure to stay . We stayed 8 nights in a suite. Thank you "
