Midsummers afternoon with a storm fast approaching
Passing this sand and gravel company, I saw this giant slag heap towering over the foliage, reaching for that blue sky. But in my mind, I try to imagine it as some volcanic mountain on a distant, far away Pacific island, Iwo Jima perhaps.

Great location. We parked the car in the lot and walked everywhere (note we are big walkers - most places were .5 to a mile away). The house was fully decorated for Christmas which was really nice. Great place to stay to tour, eat and shop around providence.
