"The property was in an area where I felt a bit unsafe. Thought we would walk around in the evening a bit but didn't feel totally safe. Some may like that it is Nextdoor to a McDonald's but I will be sure to stay closer to Temple Square area next time BTW carpeting was filthy"

"The only thing it was a little bit confused, was the parking lot for me to be my first time at this hotel, the parking is shared with another property and signage wasn't that clear, at least for me as I said this was my first time!!"

"Great property. Dinner options at the in hotel restaurant were not great."

"The staff in restaurant were so nice and helpful. The cookies are delicious. Loved the place"

"I was just there for a one night day however the facility was very nice. The staff was very nice. The parking was easy to access. Salt Lake was an overall joy to say."

"This place is as clean and in a nice area, but it is not a hotel. Which you see when booking, but it just wasn’t the best with communication and trying to get updates. We are Hilton diamond members and couldn’t get into our room until right at 4:00, even though we got there at 10 and were willing to pay for early check in. We were in town for an event and had to be late to that so we could get ready since we flew in from out of town. I didn’t love not being able to talk to a typical front desk...

"Atypique et en plein cœur de la ville. Une belle expérience même si les travaux devant l’hôtel ont provoqué beaucoup de bruit la nuit."

"Our favorite hotel in downtown Salt Lake!"

"Excellent"

"There was a strange and strong odor in the front desk area and down the halls. It was quite noisy. When you moved on the bed there was a noise like a tin drum being beaten."

"The hotel is very hip. Lots to do at the actual hotel with shopping, skateboarding, rock climbing. Some restaurants walking distance. Staff very nice. A lot of construction going on surrounding the hotel. Obviously an upcoming area. My room did not have a window which I didn’t realize. Will book again but room with a window and patio."
