Great location
The place was perfect for what we needed. Just a place to sleep. It’s quite small but we didn’t do meals (just breakkie) so might have been a bit of a tight squeeze otherwise. Kids beds weren’t very comfortable but otherwise we thought it was great. Clean. Amazing location to access the beach.

Property was pretty good, only 1 double and 2 single beds so not suitable for 4 seperate adults. The property is actually one house splint in 2 units as well which isn't clear but wasn't a problem for us. Nice and modern and comfortable and very close to racetrack, would be suitable for trailer parking also if required. Biggest issue was the communication was non existent. I rang the listed number, no answer and no reply, messaged on vrbo, no reply, received no emails or any sort of check in instructions. Read on another review that a key was found under the mat so grabbed that, let myself in and then left key under mat when i left, still haven't heard from anyone. Added lots of stress to my day as i had no idea if i was going to be able to get into the house after a long day. This needs to be addressed as it's not good enough.

Other than that, quite a few electrical outlets were loose and one in the kitchen came out from the wall which requires repair behind the microwave. Appreciated the tea and coffee supply on arrival. Would recommend highly, beautiful shower and location

Very nice accommodation, white and relax full. Having fly wire on the windows would allow the occupants to open windows rather than use the air-conditioner

Cute little apartment
The apartment was very cute and had a lot of character. Beds were perfect for the kids and the balcony area was nice to have drinks on in the afternoon. Close to the beach, a cafe and a short drive to Cowes. Aircon worked great also. Only downside was the double bed was squeaky and the mattress was abit too firm
