"This property provides everything you could ask for. Its location is amazing and the home and grounds are breathtaking. Gourmet kitchen and top shelf accomodations. The outdoor areas provide a tropical oasis for everyone to enjoy. If you are a boater and are into fishing, the dock is large and is equiped with water, electric and cleaning station. I can't say enough good things about the property. My friends and I are looking forward to our next trip there."

"My wife and I, along with 2 other couples, decided to stay here. We couldn't have been happier. Honestly it was better than we expected. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle. We loved being on the water with easy access to some of the best beaches and water in the Bahamas, via the waterway. We loved the privacy, there is nobody to bother you. "The home is beautiful with high end finishes for the island of Grand Bahama! The location is not near Taino Beach Resort and Clubs (per the map included with the reservation), but it is near (within walking distance to) Taino Beach, Pirates Cove Zipline and Water Park, and The Stones Crab restaurant. Recommend getting a rental car for the location (unless you want to take a taxi every day). There are some maintenance issues that the home owner said he would address for the next renter...

"The kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been. I brought my own sharp knives and was glad I did. There is no broiler pan, no sheet pan and the 2 left hand burners on the stove don't work. The beach was lovely. The location is good and the unit was nice. Plenty of towels. The laundry tokens cost $2 each, not $1.60 as told."

"We had a very comfortable stay and were warmly greeted upon arrival by the house manager and many of the neighbors! Easy access to everywhere on the island that we wanted to get to, and absolutely everything we needed was right where it should be in the condo. Even sunscreen! The beach out front was wonderful at low tide. Highly recommend"
