"We were really comfortable staying in this hotel. Tucked away off the main road, and they have a really nice area for the dogs outside. Breakfast was good, but you absolutely must eat early, otherwise there is not enough seating. Bed was very comfortable. "

"The host and staff were awesome. Really nice sized bed and breakfast in the heart of Franklin. Only stayed for a night in the Baron room but it was so inviting and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was awesome and we really appreciated The host. Just had a great stay and hope to stay for a longer period of time next visit. Highly recommended!"

"We had such fun, grocery stores are just a couple miles up the road. A list of places to go and eat, shop, sight see were emailed to me before the trip. Very professional, and once we arrived, I was contacted by the owners, just to make sure we were happy, if we had any questions, to text them. I would recommend this cottage to everyone.
